SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are typically process within 3-7 business days but can take up to 12 business days on busier week and then your order will be ship. We primarily ship all of our packages through USPS. Please make sure all contact and shipping information are correct. Once your order has left my hands, it is now in the hands of the shipping carrier and there's nothing further I can do. I am not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.
All shipping inquiries need to be directed to USPS. Please do not email regarding your order until 12 business days have passed. Buyer is provided with shipping carrier and tracking number with shipment notification email. Buyer is responsible for communication with shipping carrier to track down lost or missing packages. International orders may be subject to customs fees, which we do not cover and are customer's responsibility to pay.
NOTE: We are not responsible for any in international duties/taxes/tariffs charged to customers upon international delivery. If packages are declined or returned back to us, you will be refunded your order value MINUS the international shipping cost.
PRE ORDERS are estimated 4-6 weeks, could be shorter or longer depending on availability.

RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, COVID-19 and being a small business, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if the mistake is on my end (incorrect item) then of course a refund will be issued. Please refer to the contact form HERE.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact USPS if the item is defective or damaged. If you received the wrong item, please contact us HERE so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
